Shadow of soul. 2020 Viewing these images, we feel as though we are witnessing the formation of spirit as it takes on human form. The fluidity of motion makes this transformation visible — the motion blur gradually reveals the human figure while keeping it abstract. This abstraction allows the figures to be perceived as souls or spirits, reinforcing the conceptual foundation. There is something otherworldly and haunting in their presence. Their reaction to the camera evokes a sense of calling — as if they are observing us, or waiting to be seen. This lends a metaphorical depth to the project, touching on a universal human longing: to be seen not for appearance, but for inner essence. Here, external form is secondary. The focus is on the existence of the self — expressed through the spirit, not the body. Though open to interpretation due to its abstract nature, the overall feeling strongly supports this central idea.
