EMPTINESS

A photobook about the silence of the disappearing Ukrainian village.

This project emerged from long journeys through rural places, villages where life has slowed to the rhythm of light, seasons, empty roads, and unwritten stories. I photographed intuitively, letting the space and stillness shape each frame.

The book is entirely handmade from printing to binding. Japanese stitching, Kozo paper, pigment printing every detail is meant to hold a sense of quiet and fragility.
