Fragments 2025 - ongoing. Each photograph is divided into separate fragments. Once divided, it no longer exists as a single image. Each fragment becomes an object of its own, carrying only part of the photograph while remaining incomplete. Every fragment is toned by hand, individually. Because each tone is mixed by hand, no work can ever be repeated.

The project began as an attempt to move beyond the photograph as a flat, complete surface. By separating the image into individual parts, the act of looking changes. Instead of seeing the photograph all at once, the viewer moves between fragments, assembling the image piece by piece. The photograph only reappears when its fragments are brought together again.
